Local Imagination Library Being Established

We had an earlier story on the website regarding the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, but there is more to the story where Effingham residents are concerned.

Julie Flack and Megan Tylka have completed the necessary paperwork to create a local chapter, so that many local residents can benefit from the expansion of Imagination Library in Illinois.

The State will only cover 50% of local costs.
