Effingham-Based Versatech Acquired in Asset Purchase

Pasco Systems of St. Louis has acquired the assets of Effingham-based Versatech LLC.

Pasco Systems is a leading manufacturer of automation machinery.

Nearly all Versatech employees will be retained, according to a release from Pasco Systems, and Versatech will continue to operate in its current facility in Effingham's business park. 

Pasco Systems COO Jim Nardulli said, "The creative robotic solutions that Versatech has excelled in implementing since 2009 are complementary to the Pasco range of solutions."
