A reminder from Effingham County Treasurer Deb Ruholl to the property owners in Effingham County that the 2nd installment payment of property tax was due on Friday, November 3rd.

If your property tax is not paid in full on or before 4 PM on Thursday, November 30th, a certified letter regarding your delinquent taxes will be mailed to you and a $10.00 fee will be added to the tax amount due.
