2nd Property Tax Installment Due Friday

A reminder from Effingham County Treasurer Deb Ruholl to the property owners in Effingham County that the 2nd installment payment of property tax is due Friday, November 3rd.

The taxes can be paid at the Treasurer’s office on the 2nd floor of the County Office Building or at most banks in the County, or online (a convenience fee will apply) or they can be mailed to the Treasurer’s office. If payments are not in the Treasurer's office by 4 PM on Friday or postmarked on or before Friday, November 3rd, the second installment will incur a late penalty.
