Two Pedestrians Killed When Struck by Vehicle in Clay County

The preliminary investigation indicates that a vehicle was traveling east on US 50 near Big Four Road in Clay County just after 7pm.  Two pedestrians were also walking in the eastbound lane of US 50 due to their vehicle being disabled in the westbound lane.  The vehicle struck the two pedestrians.  Both pedestrians were pronounced deceased on scene by the Clay County Coroner Bryce Henry.  The vehicle driver, along with two passengers, reported no injuries on scene.
