Lake Land Maintains Same Tuition and Fees for Another Semester

The Lake Land College Board of Trustees voted this week to maintain tuition and fees at the same rates for Spring 2024 semester.

The college has maintained the same rates since Spring 2020 semester.

Lake Land trustees also voted to continue the Foundation tax levy at the same rate of 10.33 cents for $100 equalized assessed valuation. The college can extend the Foundation levy since the college's combined levy for the Education Fund and the Operations and Maintenance Fund totals 18 cents per $100 EAV. The average combined levy for those two funds statewide is 28.33 cents. 

The Board also learned of the 2023-2024 student ambassadors. The ambassadors include Kaitlyn Parker of Effingham.
