Ranchero Appointed to EIU Board

Recent appointments to state boards and commissions included the naming of Bernie Ranchero to the Eastern Illinois University Board of Trustees.

Dr. Ranchero currently serves as the public health department medical director in Coles County, and is a medical advisor to numerous community organizations. He earned a bachelors and masters degree from the University of Illinois, and his doctorate from Xavier University School of Medicine.
