Zoning Board of Appeals Grant Two Variances in Setbacks

The Effingham Zoning Board of Appeals Tuesday gave approval to requests for variances in setback requirements.

Grant and Molly Bushue were granted a variance in their rearyard setback from 35 feet down to seven feet. The Bushues plan to build an addition onto their home at 603 Park Hills Drive

Thomas and Rosalie Westendorf were granted a variance in their sideyard setback from 25 feet down to 10 feet. The Westendorfs plan to build an addition onto the west side of their accessory building at 16934 North 1075th Street, northwest of Effingham.
