Local Woman Given Prison Time for Violating Probation on Drug Charge

A local woman has been given a two-year prison sentence.

44-year-old Erin Bertiaux was arrested on a count of possession of methamphetamine in September of 2021. Bertiaux violated her probation, so was sentenced Wednesday to the prison time. 

Bertiaux will be given one year mandatory supervised release once out of prison.
