Weekly Rotary Program Offerings

The Effingham Noon Rotary Club has heard from a variety of speakers at its recent weekly meetings.

Effingham City Engineer Luke Thoele spoke about various transportation improvement projects underway in Effingham. The weekly meeting took place at the Rotary pavilion at Community Park. The pavilion was built in recent years as a Rotary community service project. David Jennings served as Rotary weekly program chairman.

Noon Rotarians were brought up to date on progress on the Wright Family Center under construction in Dieterich. Alex Wright served as the program presenter. Andrew Koester was the Rotary weekly program chairman.

Effingham County Fair Board Chairman Phil Hartke served as the guest speaker to discuss the 2023 County Fair. Hartke is seen with Rotary Noon Club President Beth Debolt.

Effingham Noon Rotary meets on Wednesdays at 12:15pm at First Baptist Church in Effingham.
