One More Day of High Temperatures

One more day of excessive heat for our area before we catch a break for the weekend.

An Excessive Heat Warning continues until 10:00 tonight. We have a forecast high of 98 degrees and a heat index of up to 115.

We also have a slight chance of shower and thunderstorm activity today and tonight. There is a better possibility of rain on Saturday as the front comes through that will finally give us some relief from the heat.
