The Effingham County 4-H is proud to announce the 2023 IL 4-H Hall of Fame Inductee is Alan Kollmann of Altamont.

The Illinois 4-H Hall of Fame recognizes 4-H volunteers that have a track record of exemplary service to 4-H or outstanding career and community achievement.

Effingham County youth are so lucky to have such an outstanding mentor involved in the organization. Thank you Alan for the many years and countless hours of dedication given to the youth in Effingham County as well as across the State of Illinois.

Kollmann will be inducted in the Illinois 4-H Hall of Fame at the 2023 Illinois State Fair.
