Effingham Man Injured in Weekend Cycle Crash

An Effingham man was injured in a motorcycle accident over the weekend.
The crash happened at 5:12pm Saturday on Willenborg Street, an eighth-mile north of Evergreen Avenue on the east side of Effingham. The Effingham County Sheriff's Department reported that 33-year-old Jonathan Yoder was southbound on Willenborg when he lost control of the cycle and crashed.
Yoder was taken to HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham for treatment.
No citations were issued.
