Change on Rickelman Avenue Construction Project as of Tuesday Morning

The City of Effingham road closure for Rickelman Avenue is changing Tuesday morning.

At 7am, the contractor plans to move the closure. This will change access to Wet Pools and Spas, only. Rickelman Plaza and Wet Pools and Spas will be accessed from the east, Route 45, starting at 7am Tuesday. Access to the other local businesses will remain as it has been since the initial closure in March.

Motorists are asked to avoid Rickelman Avenue to the extent practical.
