Teutopolis Village Board Considers Solar Ordinance

Teutopolis village board members are moving closer to a solar ordinance for the village.

A board committee has been working on an ordinance in recent months. The consensus Wednesday night was that the information is ready to be sent to Village Attorney Tracy Willenborg. The measure could be put into draft form, with a vote on the measure possibly as soon as March.

Village board members voted on a new security service plan with Magoo and Associates. The new measure provides added security, and assistance will be provided to the village with additional training required of municipalities by the State this year.
