Beecher City Board Rehires Administrators

Beecher City school board members Monday rehired Karen Hanfland as grade school principal and Brock Friese as dean of students for the junior/senior high school, both for the coming school year.

The Board approved a FFA trip to Louisville, Kentucky later this week, approved the alternative education agreement with the Regional Office of Education for the coming school year, and approved the voluntary student accident and catastrophic insurance for the coming school year.

Board members approved Next Era Energy to supply electricity for the next five years, approved technology upgrades by QNS as presented, approved the purchase of stage mats for the gym, and renewed the cooperative sports agreements with the Cowden-Herrick school district.
