Plan Commission Approves Site Plan for Business Northwest of City

The Effingham City Plan Commission Tuesday approved a site plan for a business to be located northwest of the city.

Sperry Auto Sales will be located on the south side of Illinois Routes 32/33. The development will be east of the Nazarene Church building at Nazarene Road. 

In addition to the 6,000 square foot building for the auto sales business, storage units will be developed south of the business.

Commission members again discussed whether to move up the start time of their meetings to 5pm or 5:30pm, but nothing was decided. Commission meetings now begin at 6pm.
