Class X Meth Charges Filed in Shelby County

Class X felony counts have been filed in Shelby County Circuit Court against a Lakewood man.

64-year-old Randall Stoneburner has been charged with Methamphetamine Trafficking, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine w/Intent to Deliver, and Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Shelby County State's Attorney Nichole Kroncke alleges that earlier this week, Stoneburner caused to be brought into the state 15 grams of more, but less than 100 grans of a substance containing methamphetamine.

Stoneburner's bond has been set at $250,000. He is next due in court on November 30 for a preliminary hearing.

The case has been investigated by the Shelby County Sheriff's Office and by US Postal Inspectors.
