Cowden-Herrick school board members agreed to the issuance of $325,000 in general obligation bonds. The funds generated will go into the District's Working Cash fund.

The Board agreed to apply for a state school maintenance project grant. The funds, if received, would be used to replace interior doors at the building in Herrick.

Cowden-Herrick board members also approved Nathan Vaughn as volunteer junior high boys basketball coach, and employed Lindsay Sarver as junior high cheerleading coach.
