Cowden-Herrick Board Hears About Eagle Scout Project

Cowden-Herrick school board members heard at this month's meeting from Kaidyn Calame, who presented a drawing for his covered bus bench Eagle Scout project, and also from Ralph Thompson and Carter Bain who presented plans for the National FFA Convention in October.

The Board then approved the FFA trip to Greenwood, Indiana, and passed the budget for the new fiscal year. 

Board members set district substitute and sports official pay rates; employed Lee Roadarmel as 5th and 6th grade basketball coach and Ryan Shaeffer as volunteer assistant coach.
