Day Two of HAM-JAM for 2022 will be a fun and full one.

All activities are centered around the lawn of the Effingham County Courthouse.

As always, the Farmers Market will be in business from 8am to noon.

A complimentary pancakes, sausage and coffee breakfast will be available from 9 to 11am courtesy of Continental Mills, McMahon Meats, Fox Holler Coffee and Kirby Foods.

Children's activities are planned from 10am to 2pm sponsored by CEFS in the same area where the Hometown Throwdown was held Friday evening.

Displays are planned including an Effingham Fire Department fire engine, an Effingham Police Department squad car, an Effingham Army recruiting vehicle, and JT's Tree Service monster truck.

There will be food trucks, vendors and a beer tent from 10am to 4pm.

The capper of the day is the Official Kansas City Barbecue Society competition from noon to 2pm. There are 25 teams competing for the chance to make the national finals in Kansas City. The awards ceremony will begin at 3pm.

HAM-JAM is sponsored by the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce with proceeds supporting the Chamber Foundation of Effingham County to support scholarships for graduating high school seniors and those in the work world trying to complete their education.
