Sehy Back for Another Term as Park Board President

Russ Sehy was re-elected Effingham Park Board President at Wednesday night's meeting. The Board also re-elected Mike Cunningham as Vice-President.

All other Park District officials were re-appointed.

Numbers are good as far as participation in Park District activities, averaging 90/week for Day Camp, and Spring Soccer numbers are double the number of kids who played last year.

The Board discussed a continuing need for summer employees, especially for lifeguards at the Kluthe Memorial Pool. It was also shared that signup continues for the Red Tide Swim Team.
