Houser Sentenced to Prison for Meth Possession

Shumway resident Zachary Houser has been sentenced to three years in prison for possession of methamphetamine.

The 32-year-old Houser was arrested in 2020 and was placed on probation, but prosecutors later petitioned to revoke the probation. Houser was sentenced to the prison term on Monday.

Houser will serve one year mandatory supervised release once out of prison, and must pay court costs.
