Rotary Sponsors 2022 SAA Banquet

The Effingham Sunrise and Noon Rotary Clubs teamed up to sponsor the 52nd Annual Society for Academic Achievement on April 20.(all photos courtesy of Phil Zaccari)

Sunrise Rotary served as the host club for this year's event, held in the Multi-Purpose Room at St. Anthony High School. The event recognizes the Top 5% of the senior, junior and sophomore classes at St. Anthony and Effingham High Schools. 

Local historian Delaine Donaldson served as the guest speaker for the evening, focusing on four people from Effingham's past and their contributions to the history of the county.
