Teutopolis Board Clears Up Final Prairie View Issue

Teutopolis Village Board members Wednesday cleared up the final provision related to Prairie View Subdivision, the residential subdivision in the southeast part of the village.

The Board approved the use of portable sheds, but the sheds have to meet certain standards. Those wanting to have a shed should check with the village's building official to make sure their plans meet village standards.

The other issue addressed is that main driveways have to be at least 20 feet wide, and other drives such as one to a storage shed must be at least 10 feet wide. All roadways must be paved with concrete, asphalt or brick...no road roadways will be permitted.
