State Treasurer Dan Rutherford is making a push for homeowners and businesses affected by recent flooding to look into a program designed to help them. The Disaster Recovery Linked Deposit program provides low-interest loans to help victims of weather-related disasters that can be repaid over two to three years.
The program can also be used as an interim method of funding flood repairs while residents wait for insurance reimbursement. More information about the program can be found by clicking here.
