City Police Investigating "Multiple" Reports of Vandalism to, Theft From, Vehicles

Multiple reports of vandalism to vehicles and thefts from those vehicles were received by Effingham City Police Sunday.

The reports were received around the 3pm hour from Evergreen Hollow Park, following Sunday's Halloween Parade. Information available indicates the incidents were of the "smash and grab" variety.

Police are continuing to gather information. There was a report of an attempt to use a debit card stolen from one of the vehicles at a local business.
