To meet the current needs of the community, HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital is temporarily expanding the hours of its Convenient Care clinic, located in St. Anthony’s Health Center at 900 W. Temple Ave., Building B.

Starting Tuesday, Sept. 7, hours of operation will be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week, including holidays. This change in hours will be re-assessed on a monthly basis. You can watch St. Anthony’s website at stanthonyshospital.org/convenientcare and Facebook page at facebook.com/StAnthonysMemorialHospital for future updates.

“As we are seeing an increased need for COVID testing within our community where the symptoms may not be severe enough to warrant going to the emergency room, we are increasing our hours temporarily to meet that growing need,” said Deb Murbarger, RN, director of emergency services and convenient care.

St. Anthony’s Convenient Care offers rapid and PCR COVID testing with a provider visit. Visit www.stanthonyshospital.org/savemyspot to reserve your spot in line and get updates via text.

Patients are encouraged to sign up for the MyChart patient portal at hshsmyhealthrecord.com in order to get test results as soon as they are posted.

Visitor guidelines will be the same as at the hospital for similar outpatient services. While Convenient Care patients are encouraged to come alone whenever possible or have support person wait outside until services are complete, one adult support person may wait in the Convenient Care waiting room. Additional exceptions will be made for pediatric patients or those with a developmental disability. All patients and visitors will also be required to wear a mask upon entering the building and are asked to social distance while in the waiting room.
