Plan Commission Okays Three Site Plans

In a brief meeting Tuesday night, the Effingham City Plan Commission approved three site plans for projects around town.

One concerns drainage work and an expansion of the parking lot at the FedEx Ground location at 1700 Heartland Boulevard in the city business park.

Another plan involves work to construct a 6,000 square foot building at Effingham Country Club. The building will be used for maintenance work, and will allow the removal of other buildings near the clubhouse.

The third site plan is for work planned at Northside Ford at Keller and Ford. An addition is planned on the west side of the showroom as well as work to the parking lot at the dealership, both for employee parking and for inventory.
