Commodity Board Election Winners Announced

The Illinois Department of Agriculture has announced the winners of the Illinois Corn Marketing Board and the Illinois Soybean Program Operating Board.

On the Corn Marketing Board, Wayne Rosenthal of Morrisonville was announced the District 11 winner. District 11 includes Effingham, Fayette, Shelby, Christian and Montgomery counties. 

On the Illinois Soybean Program Operating Board, Brad Daugherty of West Union was announced the District 14 winner. District 14 includes Effingham, Jasper, Cumberland, Clark and Crawford counties. Brian Atteberry of Carmi was announced the District 16 winner. District 16 includes Clay, Edwards, Lawrence, Richland, Wabash, Wayne and White counties.

Winners will serve three-year terms.
