Semi Overturned Near Edgewood

At 2:14 Saturday afternoon a semi driven by Christopher T. Dunn, 45, from Conway, South Carolina was traveliing on I-57 south bound at mile post 144 near Edgewood at mile post 144 when he left the roadway to the left into the center median. The semi overtunrned on the passenger side and came to final rest between both lanes of traffic in the median.

Dunn was taken by ambulance to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries

Dunn was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, Driving under the influence of alcohol, and possession and consumption of alcohol in a commercial motor vehicle.
