Four people were injured in a Thursday afternoon crash at Fayette and Henrietta.

Effingham city police report a vehicle driven by 58-year-old Debra Moschenrose of Effingham pulled into the path of, and was struck by, a vehicle driven by 18-year-old Emily Pate of Clay City.

Police say Pate and three juveniles in Pate's vehicle all sustained injuries and were transported by ambulance to HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham for treatment.

Moschenrose was cited for disobeying a traffic control device.
