Stew-Stras School Board Discusses Wastewater Project w/Strasburg

Stew-Stras school board members Wednesday discussed the wastewater project being proposed with the Village of Strasburg.

Rather than continue a treatment unit at the school complex, there has been discussion about extending sewer service from the school complex north to Strasburg.

Board members also passed the fiscal year tax levy; purchased a driver's ed car for the new fiscal year; approved the Effingham Regional Career Academy intergovernmental agreement; and accepted the resignation of Sarah Gentry due to retirement.
