29 New COVID-19 Cases Reported in County Tuesday, Two Deaths

The Effingham County Health Department announced the COVID-related deaths of a man in his 80s and a woman in her 80s on Tuesday.

The Health Department also announced 29 new positive test results. Here's the breakdown:

MALES--one less than 10 years old, one teen, one in his 20s, three in their 30s, two in their 40s, two in their 50s, two in their 70s, one in his 90s

FEMALES--two in their teens, four in their 30s, two in their 40s, three in their 50s, four in their 60s, one in her 80s.

Illinois Region 6 test positivity seven-day rolling average is 11% through December 5. Effingham County is 20.7% for the same period.
