Criminal Sexual Assault Count Dismissed Against Louisville Teen

A felony count of criminal sexual assault has been dismissed against a Louisville teen.

18-year-old Lane Holkenbrink had been arrested in May for allegedly having sexual intercourse with a teenage girl who was allegedly intoxicated at the time.

Holkenbrink instead pleaded guilty to a count of disorderly conduct. He was placed on 60 days' court supervision, and must complete 30 hours of community service.
