Beecher City Board Acts on Insurance, Trees, Personnel

Beecher City school board members this week approved an insurance plan through Mihlbachler Insurance for just under $95,000, and also approved an updated board policy.

Board members approved Friese Trees to plant trees at the grade school building, and to plant White Pines and Norway Spruces at the junior-senior high school building, and also approved an amended school calendar and the district's safety plan.

The Board accepted Daniel Harder's resignation as assistant boys basketball coach and approved AJ Miller as his successor. Also Upchurch Group was chosen to complete the district's 10-year health/life safety inspection.
