Two Deaths in Fayette County Being Investigated

Fayette County Coroner Dave Harris said his office is looking into two deaths.

The coroner's office was dispatched to a home north of Brownstown Saturday where a man was pronounced dead.

An autopsy to determine the cause of death is set for Tuesday morning at HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

Harris' office was summoned to Fayette County Hospital in Vandalia Sunday afternoon, due to a death in the emergency room.

Harris said no further information is being released on those deaths at this time.
