Concerning the conspiracy count, it's alleged that Boatman agreed with 33-year-old Tara Haws and 18-year-old Rick Meador of Olney to the commission of first degree murder.

Bond for Boatman was set Saturday for Boatman at $1 million. He is being held in Richland County Jail in Olney, along with Haws and Meador.

A 16-year-old female is also charged in connection with Johnson's death. She is being held in Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center. Johnson was found shot on a street corner in Olney on September 6. He was taken to an area hospital where he died from his wounds.
