We spoke earlier with HSHS St. Anthony's President and CEO Theresa Rutherford about the request from Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Systems for a Certificate of Need that would allow a replacement building for the Sarah Bush Lincoln Bonutti Clinic in Effingham.
