Effingham County Reporting 19 New Positive COVID-19 Cases

The Effingham County Health Department Thursday reported 19 new positive cases of COVID-19.

All individuals involved are doing well in isolation. Those involved range in age from their teens to their 70s.

A reminder that the Effingham County Health Department will be hosting an IDPH Mobile COVID Testing Unit on Tuesday, August 18 from 9am to 5pm at the Health Department. The drive-thru clinic is open to everyone, at no cost to the individual with no appointment needed. Take along your insurance card if you have one.
