Teutopolis village board members Wednesday considered two issues concerning lots in Prairie View Subdivision.

One issue dealt with a lot on which a house has not been completed within the one-year required time. The Board voted to give the lot holder an extension of time to get the house completed.

The other matter dealt with another lot holder, Nick Martin, who has asked the Village to vacate his request for a lot. Board members discussed the request, but want to seek additional information. There are a couple of options the Board is considering.

Village board members accepted an offer of $2,500 from Northside Ford for the trade of a 2015 squad car. The Village recently acquired a 2019 model squad car from Northside through the State purchasing plan.

Board members also approved two change orders on the Route 40 turn lane project on the west edge of the village.
