JB Pritzker

A number of court cases filed in southern Illinois against Governor J.B. Pritzker are going to be moved to Springfield.

The cases filed by Thomas DeVore will be heard in the capitol city after the decision by the Illinois Supreme Court.

The cases being moved to Sangamon County were originally filed in Edgar County, Bond County, Clinton County and Richland County. They will be consolidated with a case filed by a Sangamon County resident. The governor requested the consolidation of the cases.
