There won't be an Effingham County Fair in 2020, but there will be a fair queen pageant. A junior miss pageant, too.
The events will take place on Sunday evening. You'll be able to view the pageants on the county fair Facebook page. The Junior Miss pageant will begin at 5pm, followed by the fair queen pageant at 7:30pm.
