Brownstown School Board Getting Ready for School Year

The Brownstown school board acted this week on items helping to prepare for the start of the school year.

Board members approved substitute pay rates, athletic fees and lunch prices, and amended the calendar for the coming school year.

The Board adopted a district reopening plan and a remote learning plan, accepted the resignation of Jessica Sefton as high school girls track coach, approved a bus maintenance contract with Ron Zimmer, and approved a memorandum of understanding with the Brownstown Education Association regardind extra-curricular stipends.
