Man Injured in Motorcycle Crash in Richland County

An Indiana man was injured in a motorcycle crash in Richland County.

State police report 46-year-old Kevin Noble of French Lick, Indiana was northbound on Illinois Route 130, three miles north of Olney, when the crash happened at 12:20pm Saturday. Noble passed another northbound vehicle, then lost control of the cycle when veering back to the right and sideswiped a concrete bridge side wall. Noble continued northbound trying to regain control of the cycle, but the unit left the roadway to the right entering a ditch embankment.

Noble was ejected from the motorcycle and sustained serious injuries. He was airlifted to an Indiana hospital for treatment.
