Teutopolis Village Board Reaches Decision on Next Village Clerk

The Teutopolis Village Board Wednesday reached a decision on the next village clerk.

Village President Greg Hess will be contacting the individual to make sure they'll accept the position, then the person can be publicly identified.

The person will officlaly become Village Clerk in May 2021. Current Clerk Sharon Will has announced that she will retire at the end of her current term in April. Choosing the next clerk now will allow time to work with Will in hopes of making a smooth transition.

Will is in her 36th year as village clerk in Teutopolis.
