Shelbyville Man Injured in ATV Accident

State Police report that an ATV driven by Broc D. Bolin, 30 of Shelbyville, was westbound on Shelby County Road 00N, just east of CR 3200E, approximately 2 ¾ miles southwest of Sigel.  At 9:13 Saturday night Bolin lost control and the ATV overturned for an unknown reason. He was thrown from the 4-wheeler and later airlifted to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Bolin was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Improper Operation of an ATV on the Roadway.
