*Update* Crash w/Injuries Near Lake Sara Late Saturday Morning

Injuries resulted from a crash involving two vehicles northwest of Effingham late Saturday morning.

Authorities reported a crash occurred at 11:46am at the intersection of 900th Street and 1350th Avenue south of Lake Sara and west of Effingham Country Club.

A vehicle driven by Mary B Fasbender. 71 of St. Charles, was traveling west on 1350th Avenue while a suv driven by Donald E. Brown, 35 of Effingham, was northbound on 900 street. Fasbender turned north onto 900th and collided with Brown's vehicle.  Fasbender spun to the right and stopped in the ditch while Brown's suv came to a rest in the ditch on the leftside of the roadway.

Brown and his passengers,Haley Brown (35), Brady Brown (9), and Ella Brown (4) all were transported to HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hopsital. Fasbender was also taken to HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hopsital by private vehicle.
