Probable cause has been found to hold over for trial a Sullivan man and a Charleston man each charged with home invasion with a firearm.

23-year-old Kaden Dedman of Sullivan and 19-year-old Jamal Harris of Charleston are accused of entering the home of a local woman while armed earlier this month. The count is a Class X felony, meaning mandatory prison time if Dedman and Harris are found guilty of the offense.

(DEDMAN)

Dedman's bond has been set at $500,000, meaning he would have to post a minimum of $50,000 to gain release.

Judge Allan Lolie ordered that if Dedman bonds out that he avoid contact with the alleged victim or her residence.

Dedman is next due in court for a preliminary hearing on June 18.

Meanwhile, Harris' bond is now set at $75,000 since the addition of the home invasion count. He originally was charged with manufacture or delivery of cannabis and is being held on a warrant out of Cumberland County.

Harris is due back in court June 2 for a hearing on his bond and for a status hearing on his case.
