Effingham Native on "America's Got Talent"

Effingham native Austin Weinstock is currently appearing on the NBC-TV show "America's Got Talent".

Weinstock, who performs as Austin Edwards, is part of a duet known as Broken Roots, teaming with Joey Kar. Austin lives in Chicago suburban Park Ridge and is a longtime law enforcement officer. 

Broken Roots performed on Tuesday night's "America's Got Talent" show, and moved on to further competition.
